The 16er Texas is the long version of the 16er Classic. Long version here means grill surface 1 meter instead of 70 cm. The rest is the same as the 16 Classic. So full equipment with 5.2 mm wall thickness, as usual from Joe’s Barbeque Smoker. Also clear: There are a few kilos more due to the 30 cm more grilling surface. The stainless steel grill grates are 5 mm thick, the fire grate is welded from 10mm rods. The Texas Classic from Joe’s Barbeque Smoker arrives already tightly welded. So just get off the pallet and go.
