The mini computer program offers many options for easy tracking of meals, workouts, weight and body measurements. The user has a wide selection of diets to choose from, including keto, high protein, and more. The heart of the Lifesum Health app is the food tracking function. Meals and snacks can be recorded in the food diary, which reliably documents the calorie intake for each day.
